On-Site Warranty Services

U-NITED Warranties currently provides warranty services on behalf of a number of brands distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Some of the products currently serviced by U-NITED Warranties range from portable MP3 players to Vacuum Cleaners to Stoves.  Or from Hair Dryers to Digital Set Top Boxes to large screen Plasma and LCD Televisions.  These products appear to customers as the brand's own warranty, however by out-sourcing the services to U-NITED Warranties, customers benefit from a full-time service company with a key focus on supplying the best in warranty support.  Services such as a dedicated call-centre, on-site repair or extraction capabilities, and a nation-wide coverage are only a few of the many extra benefits of using U-NITED Warranties as your warranty provider.

Hardware Maintenance Services

U-NITED Maintenance provides On Site or Return to Base Maintenance Services, for Point of Sale Machines, Cash Draws, Docket printers, Desktops, Servers and Networks irrespective of equipment brand or manufacturer. These services are provided via U-NITED Warranties' national service network.  These services are the professional alternative to cover all your equipment from individual PCs and LANs to an entire network. U-NITED Maintenance can streamline and simplify any current maintenance programs, provide a single point of contact for all your service needs and reduce your total support costs

Help Desk Facilities

U-NITED Warranties can provide a dedicated dial-in 1800 telephone number and support centre service for your organisation or product's brand to retain brand unification. Standard call-centre operates from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm support but can supply up to 24 x 7 support if required.

Installations and Roll-Out Services

U-NITED Maintenance also supply and project manage nation-wide roll-outs and installations.  Past projects include national supermarket equipment upgrades, 5 star hotel complete removal and integration with new technology electronic equipment, mass recalls on manufacturing defects requiring specific safety repairs.
